Literally just bought a versa 4 today and it’s CONSTANTLY restarting.
Ive manually reset it 3+ times, disconnected/erased/reconnected it from my phone’s (iPhone 14pro) Bluetooth, erased then reinstalled the Fitbit app, and just conducted a factory reset.
Nothing. Has. Worked.
For $220, I’m beyond irritated.

Hi @itshahaholly - if you have chosen a clock face with a fault this can happen. Try using the original clock face only.
However if it continues get a refund immediately rather than a refurbished replacement under warranty which may also have issues.

Thank you @Guy_ . I WISH it was just a clock face issue (though even then, why should the product be allowed to glitch out? 😖). I hadn't changed the clock face at all, the issues started right out the box 😕
I just got off a chat with a support staff and I have a ticket set up for a replacement, but after your response I think I will go back to Target tomorrow for an exchange. Thank you for your reply 🙏
