New Versa 4 won't display time

I just bought a Versa 4. I synched and charged it. The face of the watch still says "Connected!" How do I see the time, date, heart rate etc?

Thanks a lot for taking the time to share this situation with us; I'll be glad to help you.

Let's try restarting your brand new Versa 4. If you have done that already, let's try changing the clock face on your watch. This might help refreshing the screen!
