I Have spent a lot of time trying to pair a new Versa 4 with a new Galaxie S21 FE 5G. I have followed instructions regarding rebooting and trying over and over. No luck. I get as far as that large red x and no further. Can you have a look?

Hi @Marlebone - try turning off the telephone Bluetooth and restart the watch and see if it helps get past the red X.
Hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
