I bought a Versa 4 and it arrived last week. I followed the instructions to set it up. It did a firmware update as part of the install. Now it won't work. If its on charge, the screen will work and it will sync with the Fitbit App but as soon as I unplug it, the Fitbit dies and a hard reboot is require to get the screen to work again.
I've uninstalled, reset it multiples times. I've left it fully charge in setup mode off the charger and it will hold its battery and the screen is responsive. I believe the issue is the firmware update.
I can't return the watch as even though its not fit for purpose, its not a seller issue, its a software issue.
