Hi there, @MysteryAngel. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not turning on nor charging. I will do my best to help you!
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work, may I know if your Versa 4 vibrated during the process? Does your Versa 4 display the Fitbit logo by any chance?

Thanks for your reply.
I have tried to restart doing all the suggested as above and still nothing. I don't remember it vibrating, and the screen is blank no logo.

@MysteryAngel Thanks for getting back and the details provided.
It sounds like your Versa 4 may have run out of battery during the set up process as the firmware update also requires your device to be fully charged. Nevertheless, please try putting your Versa 4 on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 4. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

Ok i will try that and see if anything happens. It did say it was at 80% charge when it was updating the software.
