New Versa 4 won't turn on

I got my versa 4 last week. I just finished charging it and now it won't turn on.

@Stressbuster - try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Or put it on charge again. It should start.

If it didn't charge check the charging, especially the pins on the cable, one pin may be faulty. You can always try a pc as power source.
