New Versa 4 wont display pin to conplete set up, I have tried to rest it.

Device wont show display pin to complete set up, I have tried to reset it. stuck in chat for over an hour

After 1 1/2 hours chatting with cs they will replace the device. But while chatting with them I noticed the proper way to do a factory reset in the forums. After I completed it the device now is working as it should. SMH
