New Versa4 heart rate very inaccurate

My brand new versa4 seems to track my heart rate fine when I’m not exercising. However, when I’m working out, it reads that my heart rate is a fraction of what it actually is! I’ve tried fitting the watch better, etc. Nothing helped.

I had the same problem with the Versa 3. I have been waiting to hear how HR monitoring went with the Versa 4 sound like the same problem.

I’m giving it another few days before I contact customer support. Of course no answer on this forum from Fitbit yet…
