I got a new phone about a month ago and my Versa 4 will not sync. I've tried reinstalling the app, updating the app, turning off Bluetooth, nothing....any advise?

I appreciate all the the troubleshooting steps you've tried by your own, I understand what you are going through.
First of all I recommend I you to read the following article to check if there is a step you haven't tried by now. "Why won't my Fitbit device sync?"
Also check if your device is up to date with help of this article.
