Just had an app update and my versa 4 no longer is working. I have tried to restart but it is telling me I need to set up my new device.
I can’t seem to action this in the app???

I had the same issue and fixed it by just pairing my Versa 4 as a new device. What I did was click on the battery % at the top left, then scrolled down and hit Add more devices. Selected Versa 4, paired it again, and it’s been working fine ever since.
