No apps on Versa 4

I thought I would off had more apps on the fit bit 4 ...dissapointed can't take it back to argos so maybe sell it on ebay ...buy a cheap one that does the same lesson learnt

There's bound to be a function that doesn't work as advertised. Argos have a 30 day exchange, replacement or refund for faulty products.

We took it to argos they said because the box had been opened they could not send it back phoned customer services no help at all ...

They were very rude un helpful even customer services no help if it was amazon we could of returned it because they resell

I had been using the Versa 2 for almost 4 years and bought the 4 thinking it would be awesome compared to my old one.  Nope! Had I known that we couldn't use apps I would have not bought it!!! I still might return it and buy a Samsung watch.

Why can we see the apps on the Fitbit app? They show as installed, eg alarms, and find my phone, but they aren’t on my watch. I can’t add them to the tiles. They aren’t an option. I had all of them on my versa 3. Did they take away functionality? I’m confused by this.

I think the only way to get to the apps is pressing the button on the side of the watch, then scrolling down the alphabetical list. A couple of recently used ones get placed at the top.

It's a short list and is unlikely to get bigger when no 3rd party apps are allowed... except Alexa which is definitely a 3rd party and Google maps/wallet

Alarms, Alexa, Exercise, Find my phone, Google maps, Google wallet, Relax, Settings, Timers, Today, Weather.

Another disappointment if the V3 allowed tiles to be used for apps and you could actually get different apps for it.

Yes I'm very disappointed with the versa bit 4
