No details on walks done

Maps of walks/runs done not showing details.

Having been told 2 weeks ago on this site  that "we have already escalated this to our support team, who are now actively looking into the issue to come up with a workable solution" Still no joy, or detail on maps. Im finding this very fustrating. How do I make a complaint or get my fitbit replaced. I paid for detailed maps and it looks like this has been taken away.

@FitbitPlayer36 replacing Fitbit won't solve the problem. Lack of detail on map is a result of a recent Fitbit app update. It has nothing to do with your watch and whatever customer support told you was a BS 🤷

Yes I know the update is to blame. My point with comment "replacing fitbit" is its not what I bought into, and map not what I want.  

I really want to know how the support team are getting on with sorting out this problem!

I posted similar question last week on lack of map detail with new app.  No response from any Fitbit customer service or moderator.

@umbrellaman I think in one of similar threads  @RodrigoMFitbit responded saying he forwarded it to the development team but no update since then. The latest announcement from Fitbit doesn't mention fixing this issue. I'm not holding my breath about it. Knowing Fitbit, this may take weeks or months to get fixed (or won't be fixed at all, that's another option).
