No sleep and clock face appears to be locked

There’s just no end to the disappointment this is causing. A few years, ago it didn’t. No sleep and SP02 recorded now for four days and of course because no change in the watch face,it’s just locked there. Is there no hope out there?

Hi @Ninjagranny, are you able to press and hold the side button of your Versa 4 for at least 10 seconds to see if it will restart?

I appreciate so much how you helped me with the clock face on my Versa4, any luck in advising on the SP02 which time wise I can’t remember the last time I was able to read it.
