Hi,
Let me say the facts before I get started:
•I’ve logged 30 days of of my sleep WITH sleep stages
•I have Fitbit premium
•I have a Versa 4
•I constantly sync/keep my Fitbit up to date
Onto the issue, this past week the first of February came and I was anticipating my sleep animal profile to show up, but it hasn’t yet, what am I doing wrong? I thought it would also be worth to show this is what my sleep tile looks like (attached below).
Any help will be appreciated!

Hi there, @mayye. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're still not getting your sleep animal data despite making sure you're meeting all the requirements needed for this information to show up. Thanks for the image attached. We're here to help!
I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
On a side note, please make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date. Also, if you haven't done so yet, try logging out of the Fitbit app, force quitting it, and logging back in to the Fitbit app.

Yes I contacted the support team, they told me to force quit the app and I tried that unfortunately it didn’t work.
And thank you for the other suggestions as well, I updated the app and tried logging out logging in but it didn’t work as well— I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling it didn’t work either.
I will try contacting support again!
