No stress management score

I have not had a stress management score for about five days now. I wear it all the time except when I am in the shower. I have the premium membership. What can I do to get it to work again? Please advise.

Same here. I have a Charge 6. I have done all of the troubleshooting suggestions, but still not working.

I went through all the above steps. It showed REMS until the last update. I haven't changed anything. The readout changes with every update!

I restarted my phone & it did nothing.  I'll wait until the morning & see if it's there then.

Thank you for being aware of the situation. We are sorry to hear that some of you have not yet received the Stress Management score.

Please, make sure of the following:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day and night. In the morning, sync your device and check your score.
  • Take at least 500 steps during the day. 
  • Make sure your device can track your heart rate. For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
  • Confirm that you are getting sleep stages
