On my Versa 4 setting apps words disappear so I can't change, reply, send, or read complete messages on watch

I'm sorry to read you have this unusual issue, I'll be glad to help you out!

As a first approach, you should try restarting your Versa 4. This is the easiest way to get most of the issues resolved.
