So my versa isn't syncing, decided to do a factory reset and Uninstalled app. Now I can get back into the app! Tried signing in with my Google account and get an error message.. so now my fit bit is useless and can't use it at all!!

Please let me tell you that yesterday we were experiencing some difficulties with our servers and it is probably the reason for your inconvenience. I encourage you to try again to log in and try to set up your device again.
