I have I Phone 14 I must say everything was OK. I think we switch to Desportes. I am able to get messages but no new fee no email nothing of that sort.

Sorry, trying to exercise and send a text. What I meant to say was everything was fine until I switch to the new dashboard then everything just went wacky.

@OldLady-70 it sounds like something has happened to your notification settings:

  • On your phone: Tap "Settings" → "Notifications" → "Show Previews" must be set to "Always" or "When unlocked"

Verify settings for each app that sends notifications:

Phone App Settings - Messages App Settings - Calendar App Settings - And all other apps you want to receive notifications from:

  • Allow Notifications—On
  • Alerts Notification Center—On
  • Show Previews—Always or When Unlocked
  • "Do not disturb" must be set to "off"

In Fitbit App:

  • Make sure your Fitbit is near your phone
  • Tap "Today" tab → "Devices"
  • Tap "Device image" → "Notifications"
  • Tap App Notifications and choose the apps you want notifications from.
  • Sync your device
