I have been trying for 6 months to get an issue with my Fitbit replaced because it was not working. First replacement they sent me back the band kept falling off. I had to send that device back in. They did not have my watch as a replacement so they sent me an email asking what color I wanted after a month and a half. They then shipped me out a package a week after receiving my email, and a couple days later I opened it up. The package wrapping was tore off. Well guess what? All that was in the box was the charger and the band. There is no Fitbit device. I am going to be looking for a new watch and it will not be a Fitbit. I've sent them an email and still have not heard back and I am so done with trying to get this challenge resolved
