Not vibrating with whatsapp

Hello, I bought an iphone and recently a versa 4 but now my fitbit does not vibrate when a whatsapp message comes in.

But when a text message comes in and a call is made, it vibrates

Hi @yoyoRoyhere - this can be a bit trickier to get working on an iPhone.

First in the Fitbit App click profile photo => device photo => Notifications and inside there is App notifications, select whatsapp there.

If it is not in the list wait till you have a popup notification on the status bar and try to select it again.

In essence any notification appearing on the phone status bar can be relayed to the watch, providing the phone app is setup properly to generate a notification and it is selected and the watch is paired and reachable by the phone when the notification arrives.
