Hi! I have two questions.
I had a Fitbit Versa 4 that I was very happy with, but unfortunately it stopped working. Fitbit sent me a new one, but this one doesn’t work the way I want it to.
1. I don’t get notifications on my Fitbit, like messages and other alerts, even though I’ve allowed notifications in the settings.
2. When I play football, my old Fitbit used to detect it as “Sport” or similar, but it didn’t start a workout session on its own – it stayed in its regular display mode.
The new Fitbit, however, vibrates and starts a “Running” workout automatically while I’m playing, which is distracting and not what I want.
How can I stop this?
