Notifications are not clearing or deleting on my phone from my Versa 4

I'm receiving notifications fine, however, when I go to delete an email from the notification on my watch or clear a notification on my watch that action is not taking place on my phone.  It worked fine on my Versa 2

I'm sorry to hear that the notifications are not clearing on your phone after you remove them from your Versa 4. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 4 and your phone. To restart your Versa 4, please see How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

Then, please try clearing the notifications on your Versa 4 and check if this action also takes place on your phone. As a friendly reminder, keep in mind these notification tips:

  • To delete 1 notification, tap the notification > Clear.
  • To delete all notifications at once, swipe to the end of your notifications and tap Clear All.
  • For longer notifications, tap the notification to see the full message.
  • To exit the notifications screen, press the back button or swipe down.
  • If you clear a notification from your device, the notification is removed from your phone's notification center. If you clear a notification from your phone, the notification is removed from your device.
