Hi @Patdee - did you pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons?

There can be syncing problems with the new app which may mean the watch is not connected to the app.

Hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. You may need to restart the phone too to get reconnected and repeat this each time you aren't connected.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Patdee!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4.
Please make sure that your phone meets Fitbit's current system requirements for all functions to work properly by having a look here:

Fitbit Setup Requirements

If you just have problems with getting notifications whenever you receive a phone call, please have a look at 'Why don’t on-wrist calls work on my Fitbit device?' following the link below:

How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?

If there's a problem with notifications in general, I'd suggest checking this to hopefully get things fixed:

Hi there, @Patdee. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not receiving notifications. We'll be glad to help you with this!

In addition to the tips and recommendations shared by @Talahthas and @Guy_. I was wondering if your Versa 4 is pretty new? Did you recently get it? If so, please note that when setting up notifications on a new Fitbit device, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
