Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

Yesterday I was getting my notifications from my iPhone on my Versa 4, today I am not. I have gone through all the troubleshooting and other suggestions from the forum. This is frustrating since I had a Versa 2 and had the same issue- I had to shut down my Versa 2 every other day in order to get my texts, I thought it was due to the age of the Fitbit and would not have to go through this with a new one. I would appreciate any suggestions- I do not have time to go through this every day to get my notifications. Everything is up to date and synced! Thanks

Hi @Shades1 - the two most common causes, pull down the watch face to get to Quick Settings and check that neither Sleep nor Do not disturb are enabled.

Otherwise it may not be syncing, so logout of the Fitbit App and restart the watch and phone and then make sure it syncs.

Thanks. The only thing that works is powering off the Fitbit completely. I really don’t want to have to do that everyday and I wouldn’t think that would be good on the Fitbit’s OS. Do I have an unreasonable expectation that the Fitbit should receive my notifications day to day? Curious as to what I am doing wrong. Thanks for your help!!

@Shades1- you should get notifications when they arrive, and it is most likely a phone issue and not something you are doing wrong.

Have you removed the Versa 2 from the phone's Bluetooth and restarted the phone also?

Have you checked that the Fitbit App is not being shutdown for phone battery saving and allowed in phone Settings, Preview.

Thank you for your help. I have done all those things. Right now I am getting my texts since I restarted my Fitbit. If it happens again I will double check all those things including low battery mode on my phone, I didn’t realized that could be an issue since I always have the app running in “the background “. Thanks again
