Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

Twice I’ve reset my versa to enable me to receive calls and notifications and it’s stopped working again.  Every time I reset I do not get updates on other features due to having to wear my device for so many days. How can I sort this out? I’ve tried other troubleshooting like turning the “share system’s notifications” on and off. I’ve had it working twice so why does it just stop?! '

Hi @Bexgsi - the most common causes for it stopping working are, the watch face was pulled down and Sleep or Do not disturb was enabled or the battery saving settings on the phone is shutting down the Fitbit App, Bluetooth or location.

Hi

the do not disturb wasn’t enabled and I am connected to Bluetooth. I can’t get it working and looks like I will have to remove device to set up again. Never had this issue with my versa 2.

@Bexgsi - if Sleep is not enabled, first try logout of the Fitbit App and restart both phone and watch. And try again.

Presumably by reset you mean restart but if you mean factory reset, then remove the Bluetooth entry from the phone and do " Set up a Device" again and replace.

That hasn’t worked. Yeah I did the full reset twice to get it working and then it just stops working. I don’t want to keep going that as I won’t get updates on the tiles that require to wear your watch for 3 nights etc

@Bexgsi  - it would seem more likely to be a phone issue, more easily fixed than a factory reset of the watch.

As this is specific to your phone you can perhaps chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
