Hi there, @Dolphins. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I'm having the same issue. I have tried these steps you listed above and they are not working. I have unistalled and reinstalled the app. Turned off my phone, turned off my Versa 4. What has happened? it's really annoying and frustrating.

Just trashed Ionic and bought Versa 4 yesterday.
Supposed to be the recommended best Fitbit but my problem is none of the notifications will work unless I have an Apple 15 or newer iPhone… mine is an Apple 11
This may be many of the other’s issue.

Hi @RiRiTerri - you may be better off with a Versa 3, being older is closer to the ionic.
Don't uninstall the Fitbit App in case you can't load it again see device compatibility
Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
