Hi @AHalbach - pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons so the watch can receive notifications.
Make sure the watch is syncing with the app on the phone which has to be nearby in order to receive notifications.
If the watch stops being connected you won't get notifications.
Find my phone can be installed from the Gallery tile and is the only other app available for your watch.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

Regarding "Find my Phone", if you push the watch button to get to apps, then scroll down , find my phone should appear as an app there, it won't appear as a tile on the Versa 4.

I tried hard reset, doing settings finally chat had to help me do a “factory reset” it worked.
