I've had this watch for about a year now, and honestly it's a piece of crap. I work in hospitals, sometimes in the ORs, and find it really useful to receive my messages on my watch. I'd just use speech to text, and that's all I would need. The Versa4, however, only works for a little before I have to perform an obnoxious amount of trouble shooting to get it to work.

To better assist you, may I know the main issue with the notifications? Are you referring to the on-wrist calls? Quick Replies? Notifications in general? What are the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?
In the meantime, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

I am having the same issue. I have checked the Versa and made sure its not in sleep or do not disturb mode. I have restarted the Versa and even my iphone. I also tried deleting the Versa off of the app and readding it. None of these have helped and notifications still aren't coming through my Versa.

Since none of the steps you tried have worked so far, I'd recommend resetting the notifications settings on your Fitbit app. To do so, please try the following in the order listed:
- Sync your Versa 4
- On the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Versa 4 > Tap Notifications and you'll see the option to disable them or to turn them on. If they are already off, try turning them on.
- Log out of your Fitbit app
- Force quit the Fitbit app
- Restart your Versa 4
- Log back into your Fitbit app
- Turn off the Notifications settings
If none of the above helps, may I know if you're receiving any error message in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications not working?
