My versa 2 watch would show my notifications. On my versa 4 the watch vibrates but does not show notification unless I press the button. How do I get notifications to display without pressing the button?

Hi there, @Smr747. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.

I agree with @Guy_. If your notifications do arrive but the Versa 4 is not lighting up when turning your wrist towards you, the, it seems like you have the screen wake feature turned off. You can find more information here How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

@Talahthas Thank you so much for your help!

Hi @Smr747  - have you tried pulling down the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons?

The display of notifications isn't as slick on the 4 and was better on the Versa 2.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Smr747!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4. Please have a closer look here in the troubleshooting section to see if you'll find a solution:

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

You might also try restarting your device by keeping it's side button pressed for around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on it's display. Be sure to sync your Versa 4 before you do so to not lose any tracked data.
