Notifications stopped working on my Versa 4 after the update

Ever since the update, I no longer receive text message notifications on my Versa 4.  I have an I-phone.  Also, the fitbit no longer notifies me of incoming calls (no vibration or on-screen notifications).

To better assist you, may I know if your Versa 4 is vibrating for other features? Like alarms, step goal, etc? 

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

I had this problem, but before and after the upgrade.  I had to go into the watch setting and toggle the notifications for the items I wanted and then they started working again.
