On-wrist calls and Alexa aren't working on my Versa 4

Hi i am unable to set up Alexa on Versa 4 watch and always find Versa 4 Calls is “not connected”.

i tried to google and all the answers seam to be not relevant to the latest Fitbit App Verision 3.1.0.

Can someone please help on this?

Hi there, @ghost__buster. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the call notifications and Alexa are not working on your Versa 4. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, please note that the Versa 4 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. 

If you're still having difficulties to connect your Versa 4 to the on-wrist call notifications, please confirm that you've tried all the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Set up the on-wrist calls notifications once again. 
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

Versa 4 Calls is working now.

as of Alexa, there is Alexa installed in Versa 4 watch but I am asked to "complete setup it Fitbit  mobile App and sync device". However, I am unable to find what is mentioned in Fitbit Help Centre shown below. There is no "Voice Assistant" under my device image (which is also not under my profile picture).

This is how Fitbit app “Today” looks like in my mobile which seems different from the description above.
