On-wrist calls are not working properly on my Versa 4

Can receive calls on my Versa 4 watch but can not hear anything. ( I know some people say the sound on there watch is hard to hear, but, I have not sound).  Customer service said there is supposed to be a speaker icon that comes up with the call, but, I only get a bell and when tap it like they said, nothing happens.  People making call on other end can hear me though.

Hi @MWcctexas - did they ask you to restart the watch? It might help. How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Yes they had me update the watch to latest software update and restart my
watch...
