Yep, I try to pair to  Versa 4 calls In the Bluetooth settings on my iPhone 13 and the connection drops from Bluetooth within seconds of pairing it.. I am new to Fitbit and thought I would get the versa 4 instead of the Apple Watch but am now thinking this is a mistake…

It is frustrating! I hope they can address this. I was very close to
purchasing an apple watch but have had great success with prior Fitbit
purchases. --

They did help me with connection issues for messages but not with calls.
Versa 4 calls on my Bluetooth drops almost immediately. I still need help
correcting it please--

Hi my name is Lorie and I’m wondering if you have the issue fixed with your Fitbit versa connecting to your calls

i have been having the same issues with mine and I’m getting very frustrated and angry

No, the problem has not been resolved. I have owned a fitbit for 15 years
and have not had the issues the Versa4 has. Not only the phone calls but
staying linked with my phone in general. Not loving the Versa 4. --
Darlene

Still not linking nor has anyone resolved the issues.  Not impressed with the Versa4!!

I agree, these things cost too much money to have to go thru all the steps to reconnect just to have it immediately drop again.

Hi Everyone.

Thanks for sharing the details regarding the inconvenience with phone calls on Versa 4.

If you can’t answer on-wrist calls, check the following requirements:

If you continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On your phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove your Fitbit device's controls or calls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Note that your Fitbit device's controls or calls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.

If someone of you has contacted Support, please keep in contact with them for further assistance.

Hi I have tryed all of this and I still can't connect.. No text or calls nothing 😡😡

Ive done all this too. Still not working. Im losing interest in fitbit as product line altogether. Every "fix" is a multi step process that should only be required once at setup. My car never loses the Bluetooth connection with my phone, nor does any other BT product I have. I have two of these units and both are unreliable. No calls, no texts, no emails. One of the main reasons I bought this model....😡
