On-wrist calls are not working properly on my Versa 4

I wish I never get this watch waist of money!!! Have it only for 7 days but the stress giving me is disgusting 

Every time switching off don't take wrist call won't connect properly 

I have downloaded 5 times, factory reset and all that  this watch is bs!
