I have gone through setup 3 times & my Versa4 syncs with my Samsung ZFlip for data transfers but it is not connecting with my phone for calls or messages. What's up with this? Frustrating! Bought the Versa 4 mainly for this.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps:
If you continue having issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Note that Versa 4 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.
