Versa 4 is connected to iPhone Bluetooth. “Versa 4 calls” is not discoverable or connected and is not showing in the “not connected” section. I have restarted phone and watch and disconnected and reconnected them several times but Versa 4 calls never displays. I have fogotten the device on Bluetooth rebooted watch and phone and reconnected to the Versa 4 but cannot connect to Versa 4 calls. Very disappointing. Has anyone solved this?

Hi there, @JiGu. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the on-wrist calls are not working properly on your Versa 4. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, please confirm that you've tried all the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Set up the on-wrist calls notifications once again.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Nevertheless, please keep in mind that the Versa 4 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect.

Hello,

Many thanks for your reply. These instructions have allowed me to connect to both Versa 4 and Versa 4 Calls and now the watch is receiving phone call notifications.

Thanks.
