On-wrist calls aren't working on my Versa 4

I just upgraded to a Versa 4. I have tried all of the trouble shooting recommendations I have found and it has not resolved the issue.

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.

I never left. I upgraded from an old fitbit that had the ability to answer calls so Im familiar with how that feature works. 

the versa calls wont connect to my Bluetooth.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team just right after posting here and they're still assisting you to get this issue solved. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. Thanks in advance!
