Hi there, @Estabrookn. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4.

If you can’t answer on-wrist calls, check the following requirements:

If you continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On your phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove your Fitbit device's controls or calls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Note that your Fitbit device's controls or calls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.

And if all of these troubleshooting steps still do not work? I have even called in and had them walk me through everything and it still does not pair to on-wrist calls.

Same here if I knew I would have these issues I would have went with one that didn't offer on wrist calls but that's the main reason I went with it.  I've called and stayed on phone for 30 mins still no help says connection error every time I try to answer it

So after you do all of that 10x's. plus factory reset 2x's, and uninstall app4 x's. and still no on wrist calls? Fitbit will show i am getting a call, then when I accept it, it times out and then an error message. All notifications come through. Wallet does not work, Weather app sporadically works. Alexa works great. I understand you are having a problem with wallet but the on wrist calls was why the watch was given to me as a gift. It worked well for a month then no more. If you look up my history you will see. You really need to replace this with something that works. Thank you for your time.

PS I am not troubleshooting any more on this.

It's July 2023, I just got my versa 4 and I see from the dates of this thread that the issue still hasn't been corrected....
