My Versa 4 has quit notifying me of texts, calls, calender, etc. The fitbit screen also stopped coming on when I turn my wrist. I've tried restarting both my phone and fitbit, disconnected and reconnecting the Bluetooth,  made sure all my notifications are turned off, and I'm at a loss for what to do. The only thing it is doing is tracking my steps, heart rate, and syncing that with the app on my phone.

Hi @CZiegler. A warm welcome to the community.

Thank you for sharing the inconvenience that you are experiencing with the device. Thank you for trying to fix it by your own.

Please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally turned off. To do so, swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't work or doesn't describe your issue, probably your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.
