Got a new Fitbit 4 . Basically.. nothing works. Talked to company they said send me new one. Personally after reading reviews.. think I ask for refund.

No @Sandyamba - if you are not happy a refund is a good choice.

 

This gives you the option of getting a watch which suits you better.  If you were happy with the Versa 2 it is still available and is generally a good watch or if you are looking for extra features other makes are worth looking at.

Versa 2 won’t now update. So getting is not an option.. and as you will need a goggle account in near future to access .. I will go to Apple. Get my money ba k
