I am a long time Fitbit user and absolutely love their fitness trackers. I use InspireHR rightnoe and am thinking of upgrading to Versa 4. Mainly because I need the larger watch front. However I am reading these negative reviews about the lack of customer care support, device not working after few months of use etc etc. Would like to hear your experience before I decide. Thanks
