My versa stopped working 2 hours ago as well I can't get it to do anything either watch just has the versa logo on it...

Have you tried a restart? Charged it?

I cannot pair my versa 4 to my phone anymore either. Started 3 or 4 days ago. The watch showed the same battery percentage untill it died. I charged it untill full and followed the steps on some of the other threads, shutting down the phone and removing the existing Bluetooth connection with the android phone. Cleared the cache for the app. When I go and try to reconnect the watch via Bluetooth it gives me an error message pairing rejected by versa 4. The watch syncs with the app on the phone but will not connect via Bluetooth. I know it's not a phone issue because I am able to pair to other devices with no issue. Watch version is 61.20001.184.52. not sure what to do for next steps. Was working just fine up until 3 or 4 days ago.

Okay thank you. I have restarted the phone and had shut it down completely several times for like at least 10minutes or more. Went through the watch menu and shut the watch down there as well.

This is a versa 2 it was after the phone updated it's not working.everyone's having the same issue it won't do anything it just shows the logo on the phone I can't swipe in any direction I can't power it down I've restarted my phone
