Reminders to move aren't working on my Versa 4

For awhile now, my reminders to move haven't worked but I haven't bothered to troubleshoot. By awhile, I mean since I bought the watch 3 days after it was released.

Today I decided I needed them. I work from home and I sit on my butt ALL DAY. I need something to get me up and moving.

Welp, not happening. I've disabled and enabled (with and without syncs in between). I've changed hours. I've double checked I don't have Do Not Disturb or any mode that will stop the notifications from happening. I've restarted my phone. Restarted my Fitbit. Uninstalled and reinstalled my Fitbit app (I'm on a Google Pixel 6Pro phone). Factory reset my Fitbit itself and re-connected it to my Fitbit account and phone.

Nothing. No reminders. Not even text messages and those used to come through. Yep, double checked all that is enabled, too.

I LOVED the reminders to move feature on my Versa 2 (which broke conveniently 3 days after this one came out) and really want it back!

Hi @CamaroCam - have a look in the forums for others posting the same problem.

A couple of issues. If you reinstall the the Fitbit App remember it is important to setup notifications again.

If you had a Versa 2 be sure to remove it from your Bluetooth so the app / phone only sees the new watch. Logout of the app and restart both watch and phone again to improve sync and notifications.

Coming from a Versa 2 you will notice that vibrating is very weak and it is possible to miss notifications and reminders, which are one shot, as opposed to continuous for an alarm but it's possible to miss even that.

On a Versa 2 or 3 there are clock faces that deal with reminders, have a look in the Gallery if there are any available with multiple reminders for your watch and see if you detect them.
