Hi.

I'd like to know if there is a setting, or a way to set up an activity where I can run for 5 minutes & then walk for 1 minute & be prompted by the fitbit versa 4 I have?

Thanks.

@SunsetRunner   Yes, there is.  You want to use the Interval Workout shortcut.  You set a move time, a rest time, and the number of reps.  The names of the intervals allow for flexibility.  In your case, move is run and rest is walk.  Short press the button, then open the Exercise app.  Swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen.  Tap on the Interval icon on the right to set your intervals.  Your interval settings are saved from one workout to the next.

There are more settings below the Goal and Interval icons.  You can use GPS if you want.  You can control the heart rate zone notifications (I always turn them off).  You can also use Always On Display -- on/off is for that shortcut only.  You might want to make these settings before you set your intervals.  The UI is a little awkward here.
