Sales tax charge on Versa 4 order

Has anyone else had issues with FitBit charing incorrect sales tax amounts on products that you order from them?  

 

I was trying to order a new Versa 4 and they want to chage me 7% sales tax when the sales tax rate in my locale is only 6%.

 

I tried calling but the support/sales people have seemingly no clue about sales tax and what it should not should not be.

I believe that technically this is illegal since they will only be paying the 6% to my state and then I guess pocketing the rest?

Anyone else run into this issue and find a way to solve it?
