A couple days ago after my Fitbit ran out of battery, I charged it as normal. When I powered it on it wouldn't connect to my phone and I had to set it up again. After setting it up it connected and worked fine, however the screen now flashes on and off whenever I am wearing it and my alarms didn't go off either.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Versa 4 screen, I appreciate you explaining this situation.
Can you follow the next steps, please?
- In the Fitbit app, touch your profile picture, touch your Fitbit device and click 'Sync Now'. This will help you synchronize it.
- Restart your Versa 4 by following the steps here.
- After this, change the clock face of your Versa 4. In the Fitbit app, you can access the image of your profile and the image of your Fitbit device, touch the gallery and the screen and click on the clock face, preferably one of Fitbit and install.
