Screen wake feature is not working on my Versa 4

With wrist movement, watch doesn't turn on.

Please on the Versa 4 swipe down to see the quick settings. 

Make sure that Don't Disturb, and Sleep modes are off. 

Also verify that Screen Wake is on.  

To change the settings just tap on it.

Hi @gravesnc - to clarify the Quick Settings for this watch, you need to turn the Button push icon off to get it to turn on when you raise your wrist.

I am having same issue. Doesnt turn on when I raise my wrist. Didnt understand Button and push comment

Hi @cantfineanswer - pull down on watch face and turn off all icons should get it working right.

@cantfineanswer- please try restarting the watch - How do I restart my Fitbit device? if all icons are off in Quick Settings.

Also make sure that your watch is charged - if you placed on the charger and it didn't charge follow these guidelines - How to check charge cable - Sense/ 2 Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
