Screen wake is no longer working on my Versa 4

Versa4 not responding unless button pushed. Not showing time with turn of wrist.  Have tried resetting.

Hi, @Pdgquilts , on your Versa 4 please swipe to find the settings app.  Under the display menu make sure that screen is set to turn on automatically.  You should also check under quiet modes (also in the settings menu) to make sure that sleep mode isn’t turned on.

If both those settings are correct it may just be a matter of practicing to get the technique just right.  You need to give your wrist a little lift and then a quick flick to prompt the screen to light up.
