Can't seem to select the button and motion display under DISPLAY in settings any longer????? That choice just looks dim and unselectable, any ideas?

Hi there, @moiranangle. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the screen wake feature on your Versa 4 not working. I'll do my best to help you with this.

Based on your post, that often means that you have accidentally gotten "sleep mode" turned on in "quick settings". Sleep mode intentionally prevents screen coming on with wrist turn so as to not accidentally make light at night. To turn this setting off, please swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
