Versa 4 stopped showing time “passively “ when I raise my wrist. I have to press the button to get the time display.

Hi there, @vajohn. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and the details provided in your post. We're here to help you to sort out the inconvenience with the screen wake feature on your Versa 4.
As @JohnnyRow has shared with you, when the screen wake no longer works, that often means that you have accidentally gotten "sleep mode" turned on in "quick settings". Sleep mode intentionally prevents screen coming on with wrist turn so as to not accidentally make light at night. To turn this setting off, please swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
Let us know if you need further assistance.
